Todays quick post for health news is in regards to a lack of sleep, yes in these days fly by so fast we never get to do what we need to do there is just not enough hours in the day = shorter hours to sleep. I’ve been speaking with my husband on there matter perhaps his friends will chime in later about it here’s an article that was featured on Elev8 (elevate) pretty cool huh? this is what they had to say:

People who get less than six hours sleep per night have an increased risk of dying prematurely, researchers said.

Those who slumbered for less than that amount of time were 12 percent more likely to die early, though researchers also found a link between sleeping more than nine hours and premature death.

“If you sleep little, you can develop diabetes, obesity, hypertension and high cholesterol,” Francesco Cappuccio, who led research on the subject at Britain’s University of Warwick, told AFP.

Hope you guys and girls read that, you just cant have Swagg if your run down, tired and worn out your stylish flare will be at an all time low.

    That comes from over working your brain, it actually trains itself not to sleep after awhile
    which is not good there are people who go days or even close a week with no sleep at all not even a nap. The body needs to recharge to develope to new cells or you and your body will eventually burn because your running on old ones…sadly I know of a girl who is going through that right now her body does’nt know when to turn on, off or to adjust.

    Interesting information but sometime,
    no matter how hard you try, you just can not sleep…
